To be eligible for a return within the 45-day window, items must remain unopened, completely unused, in original packaging, and with all inner foil seals and outer safety wrap intact.
Product return protocol
- Submit an authorization request to [email protected] stating your original order number and return reason
- Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) document and authorized United States return warehouse address
- Pack products securely in original shipping cartons to prevent transit damage with all factory seals undisturbed
- Receive qualifying reimbursement via direct bank transfer or check within 3-10 business days following warehouse intake inspection
Who pays return shipping
When items arrive damaged, defective, or divergent from your invoice, our facility pays freight expenses via a prepaid shipping label or booked pickup. For elective returns, return transit fees remain your responsibility, with no supplementary restocking fees applied.
Refund timing and method
Refunds are processed within 3 business days following successful warehouse verification. Orders settled via cash on delivery are reimbursed by wire to your submitted bank account; bank transfer purchases return to the originating account. Financial institutions typically post balances within 1-5 business days.

Exchanges
To substitute a formula, count, or product type, execute the standard return workflow and submit a separate purchase order; credit for returned stock issues upon warehouse check-in. If an exchange originates from our fulfillment error, standard transit fees for the replacement order are waived.
Cancelling an order
An order may be cancelled without charge prior to package dispatch. Send a cancellation request containing your order identifier to [email protected]. Following parcel release to the carrier, standard return terms govern the request.
